Students are always encouraged to identify any needs within their learning and understanding during the lesson, this allows a greater understanding and also challenges the effectiveness of the teaching trategies being used.

The majority of the groups were ble to get on with the task on their own which left plenty of time for the teacher to circulate the learning environment questioning the students based on their learning — also to ensure that they are on task.

Varying teaching strategies will be consistently employed within the learning environment but will be constantly be evaluated on their effectiveness as strategies as some students may benefit more from certain strategies rather than others.

Students seemed to struggle actually justifying how the factors influence marketing decisions of a tour operator. Conclusion It is noticed that using many different creative teaching strategies can allow students to make good progress on their learning, the only criticism would be hat these strategies need to be utilised often and students will be able to understand the learning method and will allow easier progress to be made once the teaching strategy is engrained in their learning.
